Why we focus on organizations
DocoMatic is designed around organizational needs: verification workflows with audit trails, document backlogs in the thousands, team roles and permissions, and public-sector procurement (purchase orders, DPAs, security reviews). Sign-up therefore requires an organization and a work email address.
For a single document, a DocoMatic subscription would be poor value for you — and pretending otherwise would not serve either of us. The tools below will get one file fixed properly.

Working as a consultant or freelancer?
If you remediate documents for client organizations, you are exactly who our partner path is for — you just will not get through the automated sign-up with a personal email address. Free-mail domains are declined automatically, so choose "I'm a consultant — request access" during sign-up instead.
Tell us your website and your role; a human reviews every request within 1 business day. Approved consultants get the same platform as agencies, including client workspaces.
Before you request access, see what you would be buying: Deliver remediation to your clients at margin, on one platform. publishes the partner pricing, the client-workspace model and the white-label answer.
A personal address (Gmail, Outlook and similar) cannot be verified automatically, so signup declines it. That is not the end of the conversation — pick whichever of these describes you and a reviewer replies within one business day.
You are a consultant, agency or MSP
Consultancies serving public-sector clients are welcome. Tell us who you work with and we will confirm your consultancy. Approved consultants start with a reduced credit allowance.
You are the accessibility or ADA coordinator for a small public body
Small towns and districts often run on a personal address. Give us your organization's official website and a phone number, and a reviewer will confirm your role from its published contact page.
If that is you, the special districts page describes the offer for small public bodies, and the deadline directory may already list your organization's date.
Either way you will hear back by email within one business day, and the decision is recorded with its reason.

- Can I pay DocoMatic to fix just one document?
- No — DocoMatic does not offer single-document purchases. Our free checker will tell you what is wrong with your file, and Adobe Acrobat or PAC (PDF Accessibility Checker) can help you fix and verify a single PDF at no cost.
- Can I sign up with a Gmail or Outlook address?
- Automated sign-up requires a work email on an organization domain; free-mail addresses are declined with an explanation. Consultants can request access instead — requests are reviewed manually within 1 business day.
- I work at a school, city, or agency — what should I do?
- Sign up with your work email address. Addresses on government and education domains (.gov, .edu, and similar) are approved automatically, and your organization's document backlog may already be mapped.

They are the right buyer — and it gets the document fixed at the source for everyone, not just for you.
