PDF remediation pricing that fits public budgets

You are not charged. Credits are reserved when a job starts and released automatically if the document does not reach its level's verification threshold. You can then re-run it, choose a higher level or add human review.

For a document you were charged for, re-running the same version at the same or a lower level within 30 days of the charge is free, and moving it to a higher level costs only the difference in credits. After 30 days, a re-run at the same or a lower level costs 25% of the full credits. A document that was never charged pays the normal price when it passes.

Unused monthly plan credits roll over for one month, capped at 100% of your monthly allotment. Pack credits do not roll over; they stay valid until their own expiry date.

A PDF's page count is used directly, and fully blank pages are free. A Level 1 page uses 1 credit, a Level 2 page uses 4 credits and a Level 3 page uses 30 credits.

Yes. Today, orders are paid by purchase order with net-30 to net-60 invoicing, and invoices are paid by ACH. Card payment opens with our billing launch. We accept tax-exempt certificates, and a W-9 is available on request. Talk to us to set up a purchase order.

The trial includes 100 credits for 14 days, on up to 10 documents of up to 25 pages each, at Levels 1 and 2 only. No card is needed. Outputs are full quality with no watermark, and everything you remediate is kept if you move to a paid plan.

When you upload a document, we analyze it and recommend a level: Level 3 if it has fillable form fields; Level 2 if it has tables, multi-column pages, images that need alt text or scanned pages; and Level 1 for plain text. You see the reasons and the credit estimate, and you choose the level before any work runs.

Our pipeline checks every file against its level's published threshold. From Level 2 up, that includes veraPDF, an independent open-source PDF/UA-1 validator, and a file passes only with zero veraPDF failures. Level 1 gets machine checks and is not validated against PDF/UA. Every file comes with a downloadable verification report.

Yes. You can buy a backlog pack without a plan. Credits that expire soonest are used first, so once you add a plan, its monthly credits are normally used before your backlog pack credits.

Not yet. For larger orders you can buy from us with a purchase order and net-30 to net-60 invoicing, paid by ACH. If your finance office requires a cooperative contract, tell us.

Every paid plan: Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise and Agency / Partner. Single sign-on uses OpenID Connect, so your members sign in through your organization's identity provider. It is not part of the free trial. If a subscription ends, your single sign-on setup is kept but paused, and members sign in with a password or passkey until you choose a plan again.
